Some People Are Wishing for a Black Christmas

Protesters are angry at Rib Rucker performing Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" at the tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center. According to the article, critics believed that the mere reference to the color "white" by a black singer in the throes of a racially-charged controversy was offensive and suggested a contempt for the feelings of other black people.

I guess those protesters would prefer "black snow"? According to the Urban Dictionary, "Black snow is the unofficial term for the soot that inevitable falls after a nuclear strike." Hey, just don't eat the yellow snow.
