Why Ron Klain as Ebola Czar?

According to a leading NIH official, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Ron Klain is a good organizer, and so it does not matter that he is not a health care professional. Fauci said:
“There are health officials – there's myself. There's the CDC. There are others. You don't need to be a health care person. You need to be somebody who is a good organizer, and his experience is extraordinary. He has been chief of staff to a couple of vice presidents, he has a lot of experience.”
The problem is that Klain is not an experienced manager of large organizations, nor has he managed groups of researchers. Instead, his jobs have been to mislead, cover-up, and obfuscate.  But, apparently that is the most important criterion for leading the government response. The government is more concerned about controlling information about the outbreak than controlling the outbreak (as this article about a doctor secretly treated for Ebola demonstrates).
