Canada Moves Ahead to Bypass Keystone Pipeline

Canada is poised to build an alternate to the Keystone pipeline, which Obama has repeatedly refused to approve (probably at the insistence of billionaire Warran Buffett who owns the railroads that haul the oil in the absence of a pipeline, and OPEC). The proposed pipeline would transport the oil to an Atlantic port, St. Johns, allowing it to be transported by tanker to Europe, refineries in the United States, and India.
