Starting in 2020, the industrialized countries will provide $100 billion (€74 billion) per year to developing nations to help mitigate the effects of climate change. A working group has been established at the Warsaw conference that is now expected to develop a finance plan.I presume that once it is admitted that the world is beginning to cool, the West will be responsible for that as well.
