Student Left in Cell Files Claim for $20M

The basic story is that the DEA arrested a college student, Daniel Chong, questioned him and told him they were releasing him. They then stuck him in a cell with no food or water for 4 days, apparently having forgotten him. He was forced to drink his own urine to survive, and was completely incoherent by the time he was released. Makes you realize how easy it would be for the government to simply make someone disappear.
